The ResiSTORE uses two mail carries to deliver orders. USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service). USPS and UPS are used for domestic and International Deliveries. Lost package claims may be submitted between 45 and 90 days after shipment regarding the mail service provider you have selected. The services available from USPS that we offer to customers are First Class Express and Priority Mail.
United States sales tax rates vary depending on state. Orders shipping to the following states will be charged sales tax: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming. This only applies if the ResiSTORE has surpassed economic nexus in that state.
International shipping is made avaliable through the UPS Worldwide services. If you would like us to use a different carrier that services your area contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
The ResiSTORE accepts refunds for up to 30 days after the order was confirmed to be delivered by
the carrier. After that point, the order cannot be refunded or returned to the ResiSTORE. To request
your eligible refund, contact us though the ‘Contact Us’ form on the site with the header ‘Requesting Refund’.
You will then be send a return shipping label via email and be sent a short questionnaire.
There is a 10% restocking fee on orders over $500 as it will take time to process this order back into our system.
