Q: How do I make an account?

A: Go to our website homepage, then click on the login button on the top right navbar. This will redirect you to https://resi.store/login. Under the prompt for login credentials, click the link labeled ‘Sign-up Here!’. You will need to fill out the form with information to identify your account. If you submit an email address that is already linked to a ResiSTORE Account, then you will have to choose another. Once the form is successfully submitted you will automatically be logged in to your account and have access to the standard tools associated with a ResiSTORE Account.


Q: Why would I make an account?

A: A ResiSTORE account will allow you to view your order history, have an expedited checkout with saved addresses and get you access to member exclusive discounts when available. If you are concerned with the data we are collecting based on your account please view our Privacy Policy for more information.


Q: The item I want is Out of Stock. When will it be back?

A: When an item is out of stock in the store, our staff is notified and a order is placed with our supplier or manufacturing line based on the popularity of the item and the time in which it has been out of stock (items of equal popularity weight will be purchased in the order they became out of stock). If an item that you need urgently is out of stock contact us though the Contact Page. Marking your subject as ‘Out of Stock Request’ and our staff will help you directly.


Q: The order I submitted is to the wrong address. Can I change it?

A: You can change your shipping address until the moment the item ships. At that point, the package is with the carrier and cannot be retrieved by The ResiSTORE. Attempt to contact the carrier you selected to coordinate the package to be dropped off at a separate location (only if the service selected permits this).


Q: When am I charged for an order I place?

A: You will be pre-charged for the order once you place it then the payment will be confirmed once the order has been shipped. This pre-authorization charge should go away within two business days after it appears.


Q: Can I pay with a Purchase Order?

A: Currently The ResiSTORE is not accepting payments though Purchase Orders. If this was of inconvenience to you, please Contact Us though our contact form and we will find a solution to your current situation and note that Purchase Order payments should be on our radar.


Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) and PayPal. US funds only.


Q: I'm looking to get a refund. How can I do that?

A: The ResiSTORE accepts refunds for up to 30 days after the order was confirmed to be delivered by the carrier. After that point, the order cannot be refunded or returned to The ResiSTORE. To request your eligible refund, contact us though the ‘Contact Us’ form on the site with the header ‘Requesting Refund’. You will then be send a return shipping label via email and be sent a short questionnaire.


Q: I keep getting charged for customs fee despite paying for shipping. Why?

A: International Shipments incur customs fees, duties, and/or taxes on the way to you. The ResiSTORE has no control over these fees, and can't predict or pay them for you.


Q: Do you ship to my country?

A: We are currently offering international shipping through UPS Worldwide. However, there are plans to make this avaliable though DHL Global Express. If you would like us to accelerate this process please contact contact@resi.store
